Enlisted Pay Chart 2026 and 2025
The 2026 enlisted pay chart applies the FY2026 NDAA 3.8% across-the-board raise on top of the post-April 2025 baseline. The 2025 chart is unusual because it has two windows: Jan-Mar 2025 reflects only the 4.5% raise, while Apr-Dec 2025 layers in a separate targeted ~10% raise for E-1 to E-4 authorized by FY2025 NDAA Section 601. Most online enlisted pay charts published before April 2025 still show the January numbers and materially undercount junior-enlisted pay.
Basic pay is identical across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, and Coast Guard for the same paygrade and years of service.

BAS and BAH

Time-in-service / time-in-grade
- E-1 → E-2: 6 months TIS.
- E-3 → E-4: 24-36 months TIS.
- E-4 → E-5: 36-48 months TIS; first board or exam.
- E-6 → E-7: 10-16 years TIS; senior NCO board.
- E-8 → E-9: 20+ years TIS, 36 months TIG.

Enlisted special pays
- Sub Duty Incentive Pay: $75-$835/mo.
- Career Sea Pay: $50-$750/mo.
- HFP/IDP: $225/mo in designated zones.
- SDAP: $75-$450/mo for recruiters, drill instructors.
- SRB: lump-sum reenlistment bonuses, often $20k-$100k+.
